Amidst these uncertain times and a narrow timeline, Ania was very patient, as well as able to keenly hone into the essential needs/wants for choosing a home. Very courteous and professional, Ania was able to answer all our questions with great knowledge. Has been working with us to find the perfect home for our family even before we set foot on the island. During quarantine she made the effort to show us all our proffered homes overs video conference. Would highly recommend her for your future home purchase/sell. When our mainland bank was unable to meet our needs and time line she got us in contact with a local loan officer that came highly recommended. Will defenatly use her expertise for our next home purchase/sell.

To make a long story short, choose Ania Partin from Century 21 as your realtor, if you are purchasing a home on Oahu...If I had to describe this wonderful realtor in 3 words, I would say pleasant, patient, and thorough. I am a first time home buyer, and this woman made me feel completely relaxed when it came to her not only helping us purchase the home, but also her willingness to teach my wife and I the process of buying property. My wife and I met a lot of realtors when we were out and about searching for places, but they came off as pushy versus being patient and having empathy for a first time home buyer. However, after we met Ania we walked away and remembered her because of how genuine she was, so we ended up contacting her again and asking her if she could be our realtor. Little did we know, she was more valuable than we could have ever imagined. Ania did everything to make sure we were good and drama free. She constantly checked in on us to make sure things were good. She also tackled larger issues that we didn't foresee. She was always willing to give her recommendations, but she never made us feel like we had to go with the options she provided. We ended up extending our closing twice due to obstacles with our lenders, but Ania never became irritated with us. She remained the same patient realtor. Furthermore, she came over bearing gifts at each milestone and goal we met during this process. We would tell our friends about things our realtor was doing, and they were telling us how their experiences were no where near as pleasant as ours. I can't be more thankful for this beautiful woman and her team. If I could, I would seriously want to fly her out to wherever I am if I ever purchase a home outside of Hawaii. Choose Ania!

If you're looking for someone who is very knowledgeable of Hawaii, someone who understands both civilian and military lifestyles, some who has lived in other places, who also owns their own home (PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IS AWESOME), then Renee Watkins is the one to choose. I had not one dissapointing thing or negative to say about her. If I were to purchase another home, Renee Watkins will be the woman I will contact first!

We were drowning in the sea of home buying confusion (fee simple, leaseholds, closing costs, yikes!) until we found Rhibecca Martin and she saved us from all the craziness. She explained every step, document, and detail throughout the whole home buying process, and always made herself available when we needed her. She is incredibly passionate about making sure you find the home of your dreams! She kept us updated on any new houses that popped up and matched our "wish list" so we wouldn't miss out on anything since the housing market is madness nowadays.
