As I was in the middle of moving to HI from Japan as well as dealing with many other issues, they took great care to provide quick and thorough help and ensure I was informed and comfortable with everything going on. They worked long hours and weekends to look at properties for me, send me videos and reviews, provide me with all the necessary paperwork and respond quickly to questions with detailed information. I could not have imagined buying a home from the other side of the planet could be so smooth. I can't praise Jill and Jen enough for their excellent work.

I am a Navy bachelor and wanted to buy while I am stationed here in Hawaii. I knew very little about the process at the beginning but Jill took the time to go over any questions I had. She was very knowledgeable. More importantly for me, she was incredibly personable and made the entire process very smooth. She is a military spouse so she understands all aspects military and she treated me like family. With her help I was able to close on my apartment while being underway for a lot of the buying process. She helped me meet every wicket in the process for the short amount of time I had on island. One of the first things that stood out about Erin compared to other realtors was that she took the time to sit with us and go over the process of home buying the first time we met her. She explained it thoroughly and made sure we understood everything, and as soon as we had any questions she followed up promptly. Furthermore, she clarified the expectations from both ends, and what her responsibility would be if we decided to work with her. We appreciated that she gave us time to decide if we wanted to work together, and didn't add any pressure during the entire process. She always made it clear that all decisions were ours, and was available with honest feedback.

Erin did everything that she could do to make things go smoothly. She was always available on our time line. Called to see if we had questions. Only had one open house and sold in 6 days of putting our home on market. We would recommend Erin to anyone that want great service and get their home sold . Ron
