Renee was crucial for one of the fastest closings that I have ever heard of (25 days approx). The search within Makakilo was looking grim until she showed a new home for sale. Even though it was over my budget, it had all the things I was looking for plus more. Renee was overall a very approachable and friendly person. Her connections to Brokers/Inspectors and other professionals led to a smooth transition and quick closing. She also gave great advice for pricing which allowed me to win a very competitive bid (over 3/4 other offers above asking). She was very professional with a presence of high experience, long story short, she knew what she was doing. I didn't feel a hint of indecision and she made me ( a military, single, and moving from the West Coast person) feel very comfortable with the decisions being made. I would absolutely recommend Renee if the opportunity presents itself in the future.

Renee Watkins was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. She provided good recommendations with the house listing greatly increasing our quality of life. She set clear expectations in a sellers market and timing worked out perfectly for both me and the buyer. I've met Rhibecca through a very close mutual friend of ours, and I¿ve always heard amazing stories of how she has gone above and beyond for all of her clients when helping them in the purchasing of a home.
