We began our search for a new home online using search engines on various sites (Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Zillow, Trulia). Several agents contacted us; however, Erin Evans was more knowledgeable of the locations we were interested in and provided solid daily updates of available properties. The real estate market in Hawaii is very different from the mainland and the buying experience presented us with some less than optimal situations. Erin performed her job exceptionally and handled several unforeseen issues that cropped up with the bank and lender that could have negatively impacted our closing.
