My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Rhibecca Martin for both purchasing our first home in 2017 and now selling that same home in 2021. Rhibecca excels in the real estate field and provides service that goes above and beyond any expectation I could have had. I truly feel that Rhibecca does not have a career in realty, but a calling. This allowed us to select the offer that we felt was best for our financial goals and timeline. Throughout the process, she communicated through several channels and provided timelines. At every step, she would provide detailed explanations and ensured we were comfortable with any updates. When asking questions, she always thanked us for asking which made us feel comfortable to continue with any we may have. Her answers were always thorough and she ensured she answered them in a way we could completely understand. I¿ve witnessed Rhibecca interacting with other parties throughout the process (i.e. the appraiser, other realtors, inspectors, etc) and she always interacts in a professional manner. She is personable and maintains an ethical standard with all involved in the process. As mentioned previously, she does not take her task lightly and ensures the standards are being met. Rhibecca is also uniquely able to problem solve in situations. During our home selling process, we experienced a setback that was in no way Rhibecca¿s doing. Rhibecca immediately jumped to action, thought outside the box and communicated to make sure the solution she developed was favorable to all. Currently, we are all experiencing a unique situation in having to ensure sanitation and cleanliness are upheld more than ever. Anytime Rhibecca interacted in our home, she took extra time before and after the events to ensure our home was sanitized for those coming through and also us before returning home. This extra step helped us feel safe and secure and was so appreciated. My favorite feature of Rhibecca is her heart. Rhibecca is a true community leader and does her best to support local businesses and organizations. At the final walkthrough, Rhibecca offered to personally drive our leftover household supplies to a local charity to save us a task and support their organization. Before we left island, Rhibecca presented us with a personalized gift from a local business. It was Hawai¿i specific and something she knew we would cherish having to leave island. Rhibecca learned our moving company would be coming a week before we left the home. We would be staying in the home just with a couple suitcases of personal items. Rhibecca offered us an air mattress, bedding, pots and pans, etc to use before we left. Rhibecca is such a positive, inspiring person and cheers you on through the process. I¿ve heard from friends and family that buying and selling a home is stressful, but with working with Rhibecca for both, I¿ve never felt that stress. Rhibecca makes the process seamless and even fun. Interacting with her was an absolute joy. Rhibecca Martin is the epitome of a realtor who goes above and beyond.

Ania is the best realtor out there! She has great communication skills, she's knowledgeable, and is super down to earth which made my home buying experience smooth and fast. We began our search for a new home online using search engines on various sites (Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Zillow, Trulia). Several agents contacted us; however, Erin Evans was more knowledgeable of the locations we were interested in and provided solid daily updates of available properties. The real estate market in Hawaii is very different from the mainland and the buying experience presented us with some less than optimal situations. Erin performed her job exceptionally and handled several unforeseen issues that cropped up with the bank and lender that could have negatively impacted our closing.
