Rhibecca and I worked together for almost a year finding the right home. We live in California and decided to buy a home on Oahu for business purposes. There were numerous things that made us feel Rhibecca went Above and Beyond. Since we are living in CA and the development of Covid 19, we were very limited in our ability to see homes in person. Rhibecca took the time to truly understand our needs. She visited homes and any time we showed interest, she would revisit the home and develop a personal video for our viewing. We trusted her judgement and eventually purchased without physically visiting the home. She guided us through the bidding process and even wrote a personal letter to the sellers, explaining our situation and why this home was perfect for our needs. The letter was instrumental in securing the purchase since there were multiple offers. Throughout the closing process, Rhibecca coordinated and participated in all the closing activities and acted as our representative while we stayed in CA. She negotiated on our behalf to have the sellers correct some deficiencies. Although the sellers were not willing to step up, Rhibecca was willing to correct these deficiencies by contributing toward these repairs. She even contracted vendors and coordinated the repairs before we were scheduled to arrive from CA. Knowing that we (my wife, daughter, and I) were coming to the Hawaii after closing and would be in quarantine for 14 days with limited ability purchase items, Rhibecca arranged for air mattresses, pillows, sheets, towels, toiletries, and a wonderful gift basket. Throughout this entire process, Rhibecca made us feel like our needs were her primary objective.

Erin was the consummate realtor. We now reside on the mainland and needed someone with Erin's credentials to represent us. She responded to us as if we were her only clients but we knew that was not the case. She had weekly open houses, took care of some minor repairs and overall took care of our local needs.
