After several failed attempts we needed one of the best realtor who understood this competitive market. Then we found Erin Evans and her team who went right to work for us helping us to understand the market in Hawaii. The next home found we didn't have to worry about the bidding system and got the contract. We're now living in our new home and proud of our little piece of paradise. Lauren was assigned via Redfin but it was the best chance of luck! She was amazing. Lauren was the most supportive realtor, giving us all the attention time and care needed to make a purchase in Hawaii while being in Virginia! Being a FTHB I couldn¿t have asked for a better realtor to be by my side during this important purchase. Everything was accomplished very professionally and was also incredibly easy with both Erin and Ron Evans to purchase a house. Very courteous and professional, Ania was able to answer all our questions with great knowledge. Has been working with us to find the perfect home for our family even before we set foot on the island. During quarantine she made the effort to show us all our proffered homes overs video conference. Would highly recommend her for your future home purchase/sell. When our mainland bank was unable to meet our needs and time line she got us in contact with a local loan officer that came highly recommended. Jill was amazing! She was great through the whole process - she was great at talking to us very long distance (with the 6 hr time difference) so we would have some idea of what the options/neighborhood/market/closing process would be like so we could really hit the ground running when we arrived. And we did! She did an excellent job of listening to our original feedback and setting up viewings at a stack of different house options. By the end of the day she had carefully listened to our feedback and was able to come up with another list of options to go to open houses a few days later. All in all, started viewing houses on Wednesday, had an accepted offer by Monday night!! The hunt couldn't have gone smoother. She also was in our corner and was able to give us great pointers during the closing process. I highly recommend using her contacts for inspector, termite inspector, etc - everyone we worked with was amazing and she really stays on top of which vendors are the best. She was amazing at keeping the whole process moving and at keeping communication effective. She will hands down be our realtor for any future needs.
