Complicated transaction as the sell was contigent on the sell of 2 properties and Rhibecca made it look simple. Our purchase was complicated as it required the sell of 2 other properties and throughout the process she kept us infomed and had such a positive attitude that at the end of this she has become part of our family. I contacted Erin Evans from googling "realtor in Hawaii". As you can imagine, quite a few realtors popped up and so I called them. Erin was the only one that contacted me ASAP; this was the start of her excellent service. From the get go, Erin had no idea who I really was and if I was even serious. She took my word for it, got me in contact with a lender ASAP, and we went from there. During that time, she had great response via phone, email, and text. When I sold my home from Las Vegas, I contacted her, and told her I was flying to Hawaii to find a home. She accommodated my schedule on a whim and sent me properties within my price range. Seeing that I didn't have a car, Erin and her husband, Ron (Team Evans), picked up my mom and I from the hotel to look at homes each day. It can be a very particular process looking at a future home, but they were patient every single step of the way. Ron and Erin took the time to get to know me and my taste, and showed me a property I wouldn't have normally looked at. It is now my home today! The impeccable customer service never stopped when the checks were released. They are genuine human beings and truly care about their clients. I came to Hawaii not knowing a single person, and their service really made me feel welcomed beyond words. When I flew back to Hawaii for my final move, Ron picked up my mom and I from the airport and offered any assistance we needed with moving into my new place. (Yes, after the sell was complete). They helped us out with a lot; their kindness and patience was very touching! I walked into my new home with a beautiful and thoughtful gift from them. So after my mom helped me move in, and I was on my own, they called/texted to check up on me. Erin always tells me "let us know if you need anything". In all my years of customer service and purchasing homes, I have NEVER experienced such thoughtful and caring customer service like I received from Erin and Ron Evans. My only regret is that I did not purchase my previous home from them, and I wish they were licensed in every state so people everywhere could experience the process of buying a home the way it is meant to be.., a positive and happy experience.

What can I say but WOW!! From the very first phone call to closing, Erin was there every step of the way! She was very responsive and very helpful in answering every question my wife and I could come up with. And we had a million of them! Her and her team treated us more like ohana than just customers. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. If you want the most honest, upfront and reliable real estate agent, then you really do not need to look any further!!

From start to finish Jill was kind, knowledgeable and available. She went the extra mile to make sure we had all the information we needed and smoothed the process of buying a home from far away.
