We were very lucky to have met her the way we did. We were in desperate need for a new place closer to our jobs and when we told her that we loved the place and that we wanted it right away she didnt hesitate to tell us what we needed to do first and if we didnt have an agent yet she would be more than happy to help us. It was very clear Erin was interested in helping us and not worried about a commission check. She worked quickly and got our home on the market in less than a week. We listed on a Wednesday and had a full asking price offer four days later with a back up offer the following day. Selling a home requires a lot more steps than the mainland. Erin handled those extra service requirements (example: termite inspection and cleaning service). She referred reliable and inexpensive service professionals to take care of the repairs required to complete the sale. Erin was an effective buffer between us and the buyer's agent who was a pain to work with. I wouldn't use anyone else to buy or sell a home for us in Hawaii.

Renee is very professional and understood what we were looking for in a home. She was always able to answer all our questions about the different communities throughout the island. When there was an issue with the buying process, she handled everything to make it a smooth purchase for us and really gave us sage advice! Complicated transaction as the sell was contigent on the sell of 2 properties and Rhibecca made it look simple. Our purchase was complicated as it required the sell of 2 other properties and throughout the process she kept us infomed and had such a positive attitude that at the end of this she has become part of our family. We have never seen a person work so hard on our behalf as Rhibecca and she is very detailed oriented. As an agent and more important as a person she would be hard to beat.
