I loved Rhibecca! In a way I was sad the market was so hot because that meant we didn't get to see more of her before the house sold. She was so professional and thoughtful. She had great answers for potential buyers, neither giving too much away nor too little and got us 14 serious offers all above asking price. She made everything so easy and stress free. She put together a spreadsheet of all the offer terms so we were easily able to select one. And she did this even though we asked her to come a day earlier than we had planned because of an interesting timing clause inserted into one offer. After we entered escrow she guided us through the process with regular updates and calendars. She even bought us pots and pans to use for the few days between when our movers took our belongings and when we moved out. She was available 24/7 for questions (I tried not to take advantage of this). And she also came and played with our 5 year old while we reviewed important documents. He absolutely loved her too, and would ask when she was coming back.

I loved Rhibecca! My husband is in the Army, and we knew we would move eventually. So the second we bought our home (2016) I started looking for an agent to sell it. We were very lucky to have met her the way we did. We were in desperate need for a new place closer to our jobs and when we told her that we loved the place and that we wanted it right away she didnt hesitate to tell us what we needed to do first and if we didnt have an agent yet she would be more than happy to help us. It was very clear Erin was interested in helping us and not worried about a commission check. She worked quickly and got our home on the market in less than a week. We listed on a Wednesday and had a full asking price offer four days later with a back up offer the following day. Selling a home requires a lot more steps than the mainland. Erin handled those extra service requirements (example: termite inspection and cleaning service). She referred reliable and inexpensive service professionals to take care of the repairs required to complete the sale. Erin was an effective buffer between us and the buyer's agent who was a pain to work with. I wouldn't use anyone else to buy or sell a home for us in Hawaii.
