When I called on Ania to help me find my forever home in Hawaii, while I am still thousands of miles away in NJ, I knew she will rise to the challenge and deliver. From day 1, she was on top of the new listings, accommodated our time zone differences, and listened to understand my needs. I would highly recommend Erin and Ron Evans (Team Evans) to anyone buying or selling a home. I was moving from Las Vegas to Oahu, so therefore, a lot of the transactions had to be done at a distance. I first found Erin's name just googling Hawaii realty companies and she was the first person to get back to me quickly so she gained my business right off the bat. The superb excellent customer service did not stop there. I flew to Hawaii for only three days to find a home. Erin and Ron picked my mom and I up at our hotel and took us to see many homes. I told them, "I'd really like to be in escrow before I leave." Working deals, writing counteroffers, and negotiating through all hours of the night, they made it happen before I walked on that plane!!! I was surprised and felt they really gave me their all (even though, I'll admit, I wasn't a high-purchasing customer... but they NEVER made me feel like that). They always returned my calls/texts/emails within minutes. They even FaceTimed with me for my final walk through. When I flew back to pick up my keys, they picked my mom and I up at the airport and took me to my new home. They have constantly reached out and said, "let us know if you need anything" and it is very genuine. I've never experienced customer service so personal, genuine, professional, and comforting. My only regret is that I did not purchase my previous home from them in Las Vegas. (However, I think they are only licensed in Hawaii). I give my utmost recommendation to Erin and Ron Evans for anyone buying or selling a home. If you're seasoned in the business or new to real estate, they will meet all of your needs. I can't say enough about these amazing people!

Jill Ward was our buyer's agent when we first bought our house, and we enjoyed working with her so much that we knew we wanted to work with her again. Jill went above and beyond to make sure our house was staged perfectly and was well advertised while it was on the market. Everything form the listing photos, details in decor while staging, and strategies to market it as widely as possible exceeded our expectations. She was always networking and we knew our listing was getting plenty of attention. She had a drone photographer come out and take pictures from above to best show off the location. She had a handyman come and fix some things to help the inspection process go smoother. Throughout the transaction, she did all the back and forth between all different parties including our HOA and we never had to worry that things wouldn't happen on time because of her thoughtfulness and planning. When the other party was being difficult during the transaction, she listened to our wants and didn't give in or try to convince us of something we didn't want, and always advocated for us. Jill would always keep us informed of how the process was going, and give results of open houses and showings. Most of all, we knew we could always trust her judgement when we had questions as this was our first time selling a house. We had to move off the island before the transaction was over, and we had no problem doing so because we knew we could trust her 100% to keep things going and make sure our property remained in good condition. We would recommend Jill to anyone and if we ever had to move back to Hawaii, she would be the first person we'd call!

Forget the pushy, up-sale real estate agents found all over the Island. My wife and I found a home buying partner in Rhibecca. She expertly and selflessly led us through the home buying experience, patiently asking all our questions, and even provided answers we to questions we didnt know to ask. Impeccable character and honesty, traits difficult to find these days.
