Our family's home-buying experience with Jill was impressive from the moment we first met her. She came over to our house and clearly explained the process of buying a home in Hawaii, which can be quite stressful given the market prices. Jill is a military wife and we are a military family, so we really clicked with her from the beginning. But she is so personable and professional, she would have clicked with non-military families as well in helping them find a home. Of note, she was very attuned to finding potential homes that met our preferences and parameters. She was vigilant in watching for new homes that popped up for sale on MLS. When we had questions about anything (anything!), we could email her at anytime and she always responded quickly. When it was time to make an offer in a competitive situation of multiple buyers, she gave us great advice on how to improve our chances of being chosen. When we had cold feet about making an offer on one home, she respected our decision and counseled us well through the emotional roller-coaster. And when we finally made an offer on our dream home and the offer was accepted, she was clearly excited RIGHT THERE WITH US!
