Erin helped me sell my townhome in Ewa Beach. It was under contract 6 days after being listed. Erin went out of her way to eliminate as much stress for me as possible. I think she probably didn't even mention the majority of the things she did behind the scenes to keep the transaction on track - something I can't thank her for enough. When things got a little sticky in negotiations, she swooped in and saved the day. She did all the things you want your listing agent to do - quality brochures, great sign placement, advertising, and an open house (and yes, that was all in the 6 days before the home went into escrow!). She was on it! Her team approach also proved valuable. Erin was a fairy godmother through the process of selling my home. I am a retired Army officer who works and lives in Seoul, South Korea. I started working with Erin Evans a year ago. Since I have been in Korea for many years I was totally unknowledgeable about buying real estate in Hawaii. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to invest but had no way to know how to start or find the right property and how to go through the long process especially when I live four thousand miles away from Hawaii. Erin came highly recommended by a friend that has lived in Hawaii and has bought multiple properties. Erin worked with me through email and phone until my wife and I could travel to Hawaii to search. She went above and beyond, going out of her way to help and assist us even asking former clients for leads on homes that might be going up for sale in our target area. I'm the type of person who tends to take recommendations from local family Members, however stumbling upon Ania was serendipitous. I was curious about a particular property so I tried to call the number online and they randomly assigned her to me to answer my questions. I didn't feel like I was talking to a realtor as sometimes some realtors come off to heavy as a sales person. Ania expressed genuine interest in me and my family's goals as to where we wanted to find our forever home. She respected our price range and anytime a new home came out on the market that fit the description to our preferences we knew about it right away. Sometimes I wanted to see homes that were all over the island and she happily met me there and showed me around. When I finally found the home that I wanted, she knew exactly what to do for us to get our home in this competitive market. We were able to close on our home close to 30 days. She was knowledgeable about the whole process and walked us through the whole way without me feeling overwhelmed. She was very responsive, patient and kind to my many questions. When I finally got the keys, I was a little emotional because of her generosity. She bought my family dinner and had it delivered to our new home because she knew we were going to be moving and unpacking the whole day and she just wanted to take away the stress of planning a meal. Overall, Ania made a potentially overwhelming process seem manageable and exciting because she is so knowledgeable. I'm so glad we went with her and her team!Â

Jill Ward and Jessica Moody were OUTSTANDING with the handling of the sale of my Waianae property. I moved off the island and her communications was outstanding. I had continuous status updates, which kept my stress level at a minimum. Jill knowledge and experience made the signing of escrow and closing paperwork go as smooth as possible.
