Erin was like a fairy godmother throughout the sale of my home. She was low key but on top of things, professional and friendly, and with her team approach, we had an accepted offer within a week of listing. She listened to my goals and communicated throughout. She kept me informed on things I needed to know about, but I know she did a lot behind the scenes to get things done and save me from stress. Thanks to her, what I thought was going to be one of the most stressful events in my life was practically stress-free. Her additional effort was 100% above and beyond and much appreciated. She is literally magical. I recommend her to anyone and everyone, and when I return to the island, she will be my first stop to shop for my new home!

My husband and I are not first time homebuyers so we have previous experience with realtors. Mrs. Martin was not what we expected however. She was literally a Godsend. Buying a home is such a frustrating process, at least for me, and from the moment we spoke, Mrs. Martin put me at ease. She understood my unique situation- I wanted to purchase a house but my husband wasnt so keen on the idea. She assured him that she would take care of us and by the end of our time together, she definitely did. She called me daily with updates of what was available, she secured many private showings for us because she knew my husband would not like the crowded open houses and this also enabled us to peruse each home at our leisure. Mrs. Martin answered all my questions and gave me sound advice when I was unsure about something to do with a certain home or the process. She emailed me with updates daily. She introduced us to the finance people but she also made sure they were the right fit for us. She made it easy to sign paperwork and return it to her. She booked all appointments at times that were convenient for my "school teacher" schedule. She found an excellent company to do the home inspection. While he was taking us on the walk through, she explained things the inspector was saying that my husband and I may not have understood.Towards the end, I was getting frustrated with how long the closing was taking and Mrs. Martin remained positive and upbeat and she continued to encourage me that it would be over soon. At the closing, she explained things that the notary and our finance representative were having difficulty explaining. She made several keys for us so when we moved in, I didnt need to rush out to get keys for my husband and son. It seems as if she really thought of everything. Mrs. Rhibecca Martin is a hard working, extremely knowledgable, honest, caring and patient professional. She made us feel like her only clients or at least the only ones who mattered at the moment. We were never caught off guard by anything she could control. She still takes our calls if we have a question. I have recommended her to my family and friends and if we ever sold our beautiful house that she fervently helped us acquire, she would be the first person I would call so she could help us with that process as well.
